Home / About JAFFA / Quality & Inspection
Quality starts with an agreed reference. Material appearance, component dimensions, visible edges, joints and fit are reviewed against the approved samples and drawings. Inspection and protective packing requirements are discussed around the actual component, application and order. Confirm the references and required documentation as part of the project brief.
Identify visible faces, color, transparency, texture and edge expression. Review the intended result against the agreed physical samples and component drawings.

Record the current drawing revision, critical dimensions, joints and support details. Discuss any trial assembly requirements around the actual component and its intended use.
Discuss handling, protective layers, component identification and packing around the supplied parts and delivery arrangement.

Technical evidence must relate to the selected material grade, construction and application. A collection name or photograph does not establish a tested performance classification.
Tell us which reports or approval documents the project requires. The relevant information can then be reviewed for the exact supplied material.
Share your material direction, drawings and requirements. We can help you plan samples and the next steps for your project.
