Home / Ordering, Delivery & Sampling FAQ
A practical starting point for your material enquiry. Final sample, production and delivery arrangements are confirmed for the selected material and project.
Choose a material reference from the gallery and tell us the intended application, finish and destination. JAFFA can review the sample options and the practical next steps.
Share a physical target or clear visual reference, together with the material and finish you have in mind. A sample is used to review the result before a production specification is agreed.
Use images to choose a visual direction. Color, transparency, texture and edge appearance need to be reviewed with a physical sample in the intended lighting.
Sample format, availability, any charge and shipping arrangements depend on the selection and destination. Confirm these details with JAFFA before sample dispatch.
Provide the application, drawing or dimensions, quantity, material reference, finish and delivery location. Include the current drawing revision and any required project-specific performance documentation.
Tell us the quantity you need, including prototypes or staged orders. JAFFA will review the selected material, fabrication and production requirements with your enquiry.
Sample development, component geometry, interfaces and trial assemblies can be discussed around your brief. Share the drawing, intended function and the details that need to be resolved.
The programme is discussed after the material direction, drawing scope, quantity and approval requirements are clear. Confirm the agreed schedule in your quotation and order documentation.
Packing is reviewed around component dimensions, weight, surface finish and handling needs. Discuss protective layers, identification, crates or other packing requirements as part of the quotation.
Provide the destination address, access restrictions, unloading arrangements and any timing constraints. Agree the scope of freight, customs and local handling before dispatch.
Review the agreed receiving and handling instructions. Check the shipment against the supplied packing information and contact the team promptly if there is a discrepancy or visible transit concern.
Request the instructions for the exact supplied material, finish and coating. Follow the applicable product guidance rather than assuming that one cleaning method is suitable for every acrylic or resin panel.
Contact JAFFA to arrange an appointment and explain the material or project you want to discuss. The team can confirm the location and prepare relevant samples or drawing references.
Share your references, dimensions and quantity. We can help you plan the material, samples and fabrication around your brief.
